Cloud architecture and engineering, ICT programme and project management, and the business cases that sit behind delivery. The firm is not a staffed technical bench.
Engagements are led by a named principal. Production is delivered through the firm’s digital delivery capability, under principal review. Typical work is a scoped pack: a diagnostic, an assurance review, programme artefacts, or an ongoing monitor.
